“My friends and I loved our trip to St Augustine, and really enjoyed staying at Dakota’s place! As a group of 7, we all were able to sleep comfortably. I personally liked how spacious the living room and kitchen were, and liked being able to grill in the backyard. Crescent Beach is only 3 mins away, and there was plenty of parking. The same is true for St. Augustine Beach, which was about 20 mins away.”

“Our stay at Dakota’s beautiful home was perfect. Great location for people looking for a quiet base close to beautiful beaches, state parks and wildlife management areas.Crescent Beach was gorgeous! We took many walks with our dog and had it virtually to ourselves in the morning and late afternoons. There is a terrific wildlife management area (Moses Creek) with great trails within one mile of the house.”

“Great family vacation at st Augustine. The home was exactly as described with only a couple of minor issues but Dakota reacted quickly and efficiently to resolve. He was very amiable and replied very quickly, giving me lots of information, ideas and recommendations for restaurants and local sights to visit. We had a great stay and Dakota helped us in achieving this. I would definitely recommend this host on Airbnb”

“The looks and description sold us on “Just Beachy” but we did not expect such a wonderful, quiet, peaceful place. Location is great only short distance to beach, BBQ nearby and easy to get to. Spacious rooms, very nice kitchen and well appointed. Very satisfied.”

“The only thing that I can say that I was upset with was the grill and not able to grill my food. But we compromise is use the stove for our mini cookout. Overall everything was nice and we had everything we needed. I was able to even use container to cut fruit up!!!”

“Dakota was an awesome host start to finish. The place is as advertised. It is huge, spacious, clean, comfortable, and in a quiet neighborhood. 3 minutes from Crescent Beach and a 20 minute drive to St. Augustine's city center. We felt welcomed and the first morning he sent us really good suggestions for local activities and things to see. We had to cut our trip short by a day and he was super accommodating, no questions asked and he credited that one night. Lovely host 👌”

“The host made our visit to Saint Augustine very enjoyable. Dakota is very friendly and kind and helpful. He gave us a lot of nice suggestions of things to do and helped us with other information we needed about Saint Augustine. The house was clean, and had lots of room and everything we needed and more. The area felt very safe. We appreciated being able to stay in a place that felt like home and hope to stay in Dakota’s place again in the future.”

“This is a lovely house with plenty of space. It is in a very quiet neighborhood. It was great to see that Dakota had provided coffee and filters so that we didn’t have to go dashing out to arrange for that ourselves before or on our first morning there. Also provided were a variety of condiments and herbs/spices for the dishes we prepared. Loved that big queen bed in the primary bedroom—so comfy! Everything was cozy, clean and tidy, and we appreciated Dakota’s quick friendly responses each time we had a question. Altogether, it was a great experience, and we had a wonderful time.”
