“We had a great time at this Airbnb. We enjoyed that they were 2 separate units that our family was able to walk back and forth too. Airbnb was clean and kitchen had cooking utensils and seasonings. Had drip coffee and Keurig coffee maker. It was very close to Crescent Beach and a 20-30 minute drive to St. Augustine.”

“We had a large group with a lot of ages and our stay was great for everyone. The layout and amount of space in each house to gather and relax was great! It was very close to all of the amazing local attractions that At. Augustine has to offer.”

“We had a wonderful stay, our extended family met up and spent the week. We had everything we needed to have a great time, with plenty of room for everyone. We felt right at home. Our youngest members of the family kept thinking they were at our house, that we lived there. Which goes to show how at home everyone felt. Highly recommend this place, just the right location with the beach right there and a very short drive to downtown St. Augustine.”

Not only would we ourselves come back, but we highly recommend this listing to anyone looking to come to the St. Augustine area. Dakota gave us recommendations for the surrounding areas, allowed us a slightly early check-in, and even installed a new cowboy pool upon our arrival. An extra amenity free of charge! “This place has heart. It’s beautifully designed for family gatherings, with a spacious layout that made it easy for everyone to relax and connect. Every detail felt intentional cozy, clean, and fully private the entire stay. The host was outstanding and friendly, thoughtful, and quick to respond to any questions we asked. He truly cares about the guest experience, and it shows in how well the home is maintained. We’re already planning to make this our go to spot for yearly family getaways. It’s rare to find a space that delivers comfort, privacy, location, and hospitality all in one.”

“Dakota was a great host. He was always prompt in responding and provided excellent tips on what to do and where to eat in St. Augustine. I went to spend New Year with my family of 16 people of different ages. The house was spacious with well equipped kitchens, including basic seasoning, oil, and detergents.. We enjoyed hours on the patio with the barbecue. The house is close to the beach and downtown St. Augustine. The price/value was very good considering the size of the place and how well it is located. I highly recommend this property and would consider staying there again.”

“The home was spacious, clean, and perfect for our large family gathering. The location was ideal—close to the beach, shops, and restaurants. We loved the beach gear provided for guest use! A few things to note: the kitchen could use some updated items. The electric skillet had an incompatible plug, and there wasn’t much kid-friendly dishware. We also noticed frequent evening activity and noise from the garage, with lights on and someone coming and going. It felt like someone might be living on-site, which wasn’t mentioned in the listing. This wasn’t a major issue, but advance notice would’ve been appreciated. Also, for families renting both units, there’s no interior connection between them. Adding a secure, shared hallway would make it easier to move between spaces. Overall, it was a great stay with just a few areas that could improve future experiences.”

“Our family really enjoyed staying at Paradise Palms! We had a large group of 14, so the two houses were perfect for providing privacy, sleeping accommodations and spacious eating areas for cooking and serving up meals for a group our size. Bedrooms were spacious and private, and Dakota even provided a pack n play for a little one as well as games and beach toys for kids. The houses are located in a quiet neighborhood that feels safe, so security was never an issue especially with kids. In addition, this property is close to Crescent Beach, so it was super easy to go to the beach and try out other amenities in the area. Dakota was very helpful with suggestions for things to do and was always cheerful in his communications. Our family enjoyed a wonderful vacation and appreciated being able to stay at Paradise Palms. Thank you!”

“Host was living in the garage. This was not listing on the ad. When we look back at other reviews, someone else stated that they also heard noise from the garage. Definitely would not stay here again and would recommend others not to stay here. Ice maker wasn’t working and missing shelves in fridge in back house.”
