“We found this hidden gem at the last minute after arriving at another Airbnb that unfortunately wasn’t as expected. After a long day of traveling and a stressful last-minute change of plans, Dakota was able to accommodate us the very same night, which we truly appreciated. The home was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. It was located in a quiet neighborhood just a 4-minute drive from crescent beach, and the small yard was perfect for our dogs to enjoy some time outside. Dakota was incredibly responsive, friendly, and quick to answer any questions we had throughout our stay. We had such a wonderful experience and are so grateful this place was available. We’ve already saved this Airbnb for future trips and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommend!”

This is the first house that had incredibly comfortable mattresses. The beach is a 4 minute drive away. We visited several different beaches but Crescent beach was the best for us. “My friends and I stayed here for almost a week. Dakota was always extremely responsive, and does allow early check-in for a small fee which we liked as our hotel was cancelled. He was quick to message back and help us with any questions we had. He also had a ton of local recommendations for us! The home was in a nice location, and we didn’t have any issues within the house.”

“Very clean house! Kudos to the cleaning crew. House looks just like pics. Dakota was responsive and great at recommendations. I give the cleaning crew and Dakota 5 stars. The neighborhood is quiet and felt safe. Just a quick drive to crescent beach. There were beach chairs and toys for the kids which was nice including an umbrella! The kids wished the air hockey tables were available but they appeared out of service in garage. This house is connected to another house just FYI with a shared horseshoe type driveway. It also doesn’t have a fenced in yard - there are fences but they don’t connect so it’s not fenced in. The baseboards and hallway trim need some tending to. They are very beat up and it’s the first thing I noticed at the kitchen counter as soon as we walked in. Additionally the landscaping is lacking attention. There were no trash bags and no dish soap at sink. There were dishwasher pods however.”

“Overall we had a very nice stay at Seas the Day! It was clean and pictures matched the description. The home was clean had enough linens and the beds were pretty comfortable. It also had all of the essentials for cooking if needed! They also had a great selection of coffee. The only thing I would say is we did have a problem with check-in Dakota said we could check in early for a fee which we paid and he then did not respond we had to spend around an hour and a half on hold with air bnb support before he finally gave us the check in information. He did refund us the early check in fee which we really appreciated but we ended up kinda of stuck in the driveway as we had 2 dogs with us and no where to go after a 4 hour drive. Overall he was very responsive after that!”

“THE PLACE WAS CLEAN, CONVENIENT, FLOORS WERE DIFFICULT FOR DOG . SLIPPERY. WOULD HAVE APPRECIATED TV LISTINGS AND INSTRUCTIONS FOR NORMAL CHANNELS,NBC,CBS, ETC. . CHAIRS AT COUNTER VERY UNCOMFORTABLE, SAME FOR DINING ROOM CHAIRS.KING BED OK NOT GREAT. LOVED HOW SPACIOUS THE VILLA WAS, AND LOCATION. REALY LOVED THE BEACH.”
