Guest reviews
“This was a wonderful place that fit my needs well. Quiet neighborhood that felt safe. Did one day of baking with granddaughters and the kitchen had plenty of space for us . It is truly worth staying at.”

“This house is in a great location and is very clean! The neighborhood is awesome with cute shops and restaurants just a few blocks away. Very good place to stay if you are traveling to Jax for work as well!”

“This was a great home base for our family time in Jacksonville! The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful while still being walkable and close to everything. We loved exploring this area! The place was clean, comfortable, and cozy and suited our family of four perfectly. No frills, and yet had everything we needed for a comfortable stay that included a night or two in with kiddos and preparing several meals at home. Laundry on-site is a great perk! Dakota was friendly and communicated promptly - a great host!”

“Great Location! Very close to Boone Park and Avondale Shopping. Walking distance for both. Nice neighborhood. Seems very safe. We had no issues. The place was great for almost 100 years old. It has been upgraded many times in phases. The kitchen was most recently done. Very nice. I will recommend for other friends and family.”

“Super cute home and fantastic location! The first night we stayed we were able to walk just a short distance through the beautiful neighborhood to a really nice seafood restaurant and a super nice wine bar. This area is extremely safe and definitely one of the crown jewel neighborhoods of Jacksonville. Our daughter is about to relocate to Jacksonville for work and it was really nice to get to experience staying in the area she is hoping to find a home. There was nothing that we needed to buy for our stay. coffee, tea, utensils, cookware were provided in the home. I would definitely stay again and would highly recommend.”
