“The house was immaculate and well appointed. Spacious for three adults and our small dog. We especially appreciated the fenced in backyard. Dakota responded immediately to the questions we had and even provided suggestions for things to see and do in the area. The location was close enough to take a short drive to the historic district and far enough away from the noise and traffic. We would definitely stay here again!”

“Absolutely enjoyed our stay. Dakotas home was lovely, clean and spacious. A fully stocked kitchen and a fenced in back yard, this home checked all of our boxes! “It is a beautiful home. The backyard is fenced, however, small area for bigger dogs, front fence section was picket fence and not very secure for dogs. The floors throughout the house had dirt as our feet were always dirty. Overall, we were very pleased with the home, Dakota and experience. Thank you. 😊”

“Excellent accommodations! The house was clean, spacious, and stocked with all the essentials. We had lousy weather during our stay, and stayed indoors more than we planned. We felt at home and comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet. It's an excellent value for the location, only a couple of minutes to the beach and A1A. I highly recommend it!”

“Dakota's house was a short drive from local beaches and beach towels and chairs were provided. The layout of the house was spacious and perfect for our family of five adults. The kitchen and dining area was well-appointed and great for family meals. It was a restful place to return to after the theme parks and the sights.”

“Dakota is an exceptional host! He replied promptly when I messaged him including the day before check-in I asked if the lodging had a Keurig and he replied no but I will have one within a day or two of your arrival and it was delivered the second day! The location is great including no problems finding the lodging, neighborhood is safe and was very clean with good lighting inside and outside. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware, utensils and condiments even had baggies and aluminum foil. The washer and dryer was an added bonus with laundry detergent supplied. Some other nice features was an iron, shampoo/conditioner and blow dryers in each bathroom. The host and lodging was so nice we extended our stay and Dakota took care of the Airbnb reservations!”

“My friends and I loved our trip to St Augustine, and really enjoyed staying at Dakota’s place! As a group of 7, we all were able to sleep comfortably. I personally liked how spacious the living room and kitchen were, and liked being able to grill in the backyard. Crescent Beach is only 3 mins away, and there was plenty of parking. The same is true for St. Augustine Beach, which was about 20 mins away.”

“Our stay at Dakota’s beautiful home was perfect. Great location for people looking for a quiet base close to beautiful beaches, state parks and wildlife management areas.Crescent Beach was gorgeous! We took many walks with our dog and had it virtually to ourselves in the morning and late afternoons. There is a terrific wildlife management area (Moses Creek) with great trails within one mile of the house.”
