“Dakota was an excellent host! He was extremely attentive and very quick to respond to any questions. My family loved the separate entrance and proximity of the home to the park, shops and restaurants. The home was very clean and had a lot of kitchen utensils which was helpful. The rooms were very spacious and beds comfortable. Overall a great stay! Would highly recommend!”

“I booked literally on the road to Jacksonville and I had no issues.Dakota communication was amazing. He updated me throughout the day to let me know when the air bnb would be ready. Beds were very comfortable, everything was nice and clean. I would book again if I ever come back to Jacksonville.”

The location is walkable to numerous restaurants, shops and bars and a convenient, short drive to Orange Park, beaches and downtown Jax. The beds are super comfy and the TVs in both bedrooms were an added bonus. This neighborhood is safe and quiet and provided a peaceful escape at night after being on the go during the day.
