“This house was perfect! So clean, so spacious, and just so nice!! Our family of 5 loved it and we definitely want to stay here again. The location was great and it is also on a safe street. We are so happy we found this place. Dakota was very friendly and responsive and gave us great suggestions for what we were looking to do. We just can’t say enough about how much we enjoyed staying here!”

“This was our 2nd stay and it was great again! The house is very clean and is just as described. The proximity to the beach is amazing. Even though it’s a few miles away you can get to Crescent Beach or Butler Beach easily in 3-4 minutes by car. Those beaches are so much less crowded than St Augustine Beach and the area where the house is located is nice and quiet. Dakota is always great with excellent communication. So it’s definitely a great property overall.”

“Out of all the Airbnb I've stayed at, Dakota's house was my top favorite. It was spotless clean, had everything we needed, and I truly felt right at home. It was a very beautiful home and very spacious. Everything exceeded way above my expectations. Dakota was super kind and Amazing!! 🙌🏻 Any questions I had, Dakota was on top of it, fast responses and very helpful. My family and I was very happy with the overall experience and will definitely be back to rent his place again whenever we are in the area.”

“Dakota's house was in a perfect location for our needs. It was out of the busy downtown area so it was quiet, but close to the beach and near enough to downtown St. Augustine that there was no effort in getting there. The house is clean and very spacious. There were plenty of towels and supplies (cleaning supplies, soap, TP, etc.) to keep house. The neighbors were all very friendly and quiet. We enjoyed watching the neighborhood cats wandering through the patio as they stalked lizards. Dakota always responded to our questions quickly. We had no problems during our stay and will happily stay again if there is availability! The lit Christmas tree was a nice touch during the festive season!”

“Seas The Day was a great pick for our stay. Dokata was very clear on the instructions and left no room for confusion. He ensured he properly accommodated us and purchased a toy for the entertainment of the baby. The place was very neat and clean and only had minor concerns that was things out of anyone's control. Seas The Day is close to the attractions, yet a dististance out to see the beach and see the town outside of downtown, it was a great location. There's restaurants and stores close by, so we didn't have to go far to search for too many stores. The sleeping was fantastic because the beds were nice and firm. Our friends mentioned when they come back they'll book Seas The Day. Overall, he's a great host and does everything that's required of him.”
