“This property is actually 1 structure w 2 houses. You do not have a private drive. This is the 2nd house and it’s located at the back of the property. The deck and furniture outside do not look like the pictures. There were cracks in the driveway, grass overgrown - needs maintenance. Location was fine. It’s easy to get to the beach, etc.”
