“We very much enjoyed our stay in this nice, spacious home. The location was quiet and peaceful but a very short drive to the beach and easy drive to St. Augustine and restaurants. We had a small issue with the keypad upon arrival but thanks to a very proactive cleaning lady, we were able to gain access and she replaced the dying battery that caused the problem. Dakota was super responsive and I appreciate how helpful and friendly he was in every communication. We loved the nice deck and backyard, took advantage of the beach toys and cornhole boards, and appreciated that the basics like soap, toilet tissue, coffee, even sunscreen were provided. Dakota goes above and beyond to make your stay feel like your own home away from home.”

“It was very clean inside and nicely laid out. The open concept and immediate access to the deck were welcoming. It was quiet. Finding it in the dark was hard because there was no sign that said “A Wave Away” with an arrow pointing down the side driveway. So, we needlessly idled next to the front driveway, no doubt annoying those neighbors. However, the host was extremely responsive when we texted them. As the week went on, little things started to be big things, and we felt the value for money lowering. Lack of bathroom towel racks, nights lights too bright, lights burned out in the kitchen, hood vents not working, upstairs faucet tap not working, not being able to find cords to kitchen appliances, noisy AC upstairs, not being able to figure out the microwave settings, cookie sheets that didn’t fit the oven, the laundry right next to the kitchen table, laundry mishaps, no extra blankets, or not enough seats for us all to watch movies together in a room. Needs a new property manager.”
